What types of consumer information does Global have?


Global’s databases have consumer information related to online and offline triggers and offers as well as household purchases and demographics and interests. We get this information from a variety of sources and use procedures to help keep data accurate and to correct out-of-date information. We filter this information into categories to help our clients narrow your preferences and interests. For example, if you purchase insurance, auto, homes, ect., your household will likely be in the category of one of those categories and you may receive offers in the mail.


We do not have actual knowledge that we collect or maintain information about minors under the age of 16.

You may submit a request to access your information by emailing privacy@f9global.com. Please note that before we can provide you with this information, we must first receive a signed declaration and then we must verify that you are who you say you are. After submitting your request, you will receive email instructions on how to provide the declaration. Please note that in order to generate your report, we will perform certain additional validation procedures to verify your identity and the authenticity of your request. The information you provide will be used solely to process your request and will be shared only with a third party who will provide the test we’ll use to verify your identity.



YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST DELETION OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE HAVE



You may submit a request to delete your information from our database by emailing us at privacy@f9global.com. If you instruct us to delete your data, we will first consider this an opt-out request and process it that way without additional input from you. If you further wish us to delete your data from our databases, we must separately receive an email confirmation from you and then verify your identity. After receiving your confirmation of deletion, we will provide instructions on how we will verify your identify. If we are able to verify you, we will delete your data and maintain only what is necessary to ensure that your deletion and opt-out request may be honored in the future.
